Lowell St.) and Eric Peters (2428 N. Oakmont Ave.) <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding proposed alternation to the property once listed on the <br />register. <br />Chairman Giles closed the public hearing on 2422 North Santiago Street property. <br />' Motion to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution denying Historic Resources Commission Applicafion No. 2004-16 <br />(2422 N. Santiago Sf.). <br />2. Adopt a resolution denying Historic Register Categorization No. 2004-16. <br />Chairman Giles and Vice Chairman Schaefer commented on benefits with having the property listed <br />on the register. <br />MOTION: Lutz SECOND: Bustamante <br />AYES: Bustamante, Chinn, Corpin, Lutz, Schaefer (5) <br />NOES: Giles, Kings (2) <br />ABSENT: Gartner, O'Callaghan (2) <br />ABSTAIN: None (0) <br />Chairman Giles closed the public hearing for the 924 N.
