Commission Secretary Report <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />4:34 P.M. <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes that pursuant to the Brown Act <br />and the Maddy Act, the February 5, 2004 Agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on <br />the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on January 28, 2004 at <br />11:28 a.m. <br />C. RECONSIDERATION OF HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />(Continued by the Historic Resources Commission December 4, 2003 to January 8, 2004; January 8, 2004 fo <br />February 5, 2004; Februarys, 2004 to March 4, 2004.)
