Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application Nos. 2002-61 <br />through 2002-65 and 2002-67. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categoriz~ltion Nos. 2002-143 through <br />2002-147 and 2002-149. <br />Melanie McCann, Associate Planner, presented the staff ireport and recommendation. <br />Madame Chair Kings opened the public hearing. <br />No written communications were received and there werB no speakers on the matter. <br />Madame Chair Kings closed the public hearing. <br />Discussion was held concerning the Huff-Sleeper Hous It was noted that stucco had <br />been used on the exterior of the structure and that the railing did not complement the <br />style of the home. Ms. McCann advised the Commissiorfi that the owner had indicated a <br />willingness to make changes if requested. Commissioner Giles requested that staff draft <br />a letter requesting the property owner to replace the railing with one made from wood. <br />Motion to: <br />1.
