Steve Gaffney, architect, advised that the north facade is <br />not painted and will be cleaned. Minimal work will be done on the side facing the <br />federal courthouse and that Secretary of Interior standards will be utilized. He <br />also advised that no exterior sandblasting will be done. Discussion was held <br />regarding proposed tenancy and timeline.
