• Stated he looked forward to serving on the Commission. He has a background in <br />architecture. <br />• Has some concerns about One Broadway Plaza; we (should get together as soon as <br />possible and strategize to influence City Council and public opinion. <br />Madam Chair Kings <br />• Asked staff for help to formulate an opinion, take comments from constituents, and <br />organize in a meaningful way for Planning Commission and City Council, and to <br />assist the Commission in the legal process and procedure for One Broadway Plaza. <br />' Asked to reschedule the tour of the library and Santa Ana History Room. <br />• Asked staff to help get a good tenant in the YMCA Building. <br />• Noted that one portion of Proposition 40 in the primary election preserves cultural <br />and historic significant structures in the state and that the preservation community <br />supports the proposition. <br />• Thanked staff for their continued support, appreciates their effort and good work. <br />9.
