Meetings protocol. <br />Mr. Gary Sheatz, Assistant City Attorney, discussed ith the Commission the rules of <br />order, protocol of meetings, Brown Act, roles of the Ch ir, and conflicts of interest. <br />8. Packet discussion. <br />Ms. Sharon Johnson, Historic Resources Commissior} Secretary, discussed with the <br />Commission her responsibilities to the Commission and the contents of the informational <br />manual provided. <br />9. Questions/Answer session. <br />Several members of the Commission requested that the meeting date and time be <br />modified. It was unanimously agreed upon to modify the date to the second Wednesday <br />of each month and the meeting time would be at 4:30 p.m. <br />Commissioner Marsh requested that a listing of Santa Ana properties listed on the <br />National Register of Historical properties be distributed to the Commission. <br />10.
