Both Paragon Partners and Overland Pacific Cutler have <br />been assisting the City with right-of-way acquisition of CIP projects in the past and they have <br />good track records. The agreement with the firms will be for a period of one fiscal year or until <br />the funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.
