Central Ave.,Ave. , Santa Ana, CA 92707 (714) 481-9600 <br />SECURITY <br />Licensee is solely responsible for arranging security for the Event and all costs therefore <br />Security staff must be present throughout all Events comprising parties, receptions, <br />dances or other social functions in which the number of expected guests exceeds One <br />Hundred (100). Owner may require additional security staff at Events in which alcohol is <br />to be served. Owner reserves the right, exercisable in its sole judgment, to require <br />security personnel at any Event and/or require Licensee to increase the number of <br />security personnel present at any Event, regardless of the purpose, size or nature of <br />the Event. <br />Any security firm utilized by Licensee is subject to approval by Owner. Upon request, <br />Owner will provide to Licensee a list of security firms Owner has approved for use. At <br />least fifteen (15) days prior to the Event, Licensee must furnish a copy of the signed <br />contract with the security company and a certificate of insurance or other evidence that <br />such Vendor has the insurance required under Paragraph 5 of the Agreement. The <br />purpose of security personnel at the Event is to ensure the safety of the Event attendees <br />and Owner's staff and of the Center and owner's property; Licensee shall not use or <br />permit such security personnel to assist the Licensee in monitoring the Event for other <br />purposes. The failure of the requisite security personnel to be present at the Event is <br />grounds for Owner to cancel the Event, in which event Owner may retain all deposits and <br />other sums paid by Licensee as a cancellation fee. <br />ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND FEES <br />Licensee agrees to pay the fees and charges set forth in the Agreement and in these Rules <br />and Regulations. In addition to such fees and charges, Licensee shall pay additional fines <br />for infractions of the Rules and Regulations in accordance with the following schedule: <br />False Fire Alarm <br />Items Left Behind Following Event Conclusion <br />Smoking Inside Facility <br />Confetti/CAitter/Rice etc Used <br />Wall/Floor/Carpet Stains <br />n <br />$150.00 per occurrence <br />$150.00 per day <br />$200.00 per occurrence <br />$200.00 <br />$200.00 <br />
