Such fines are in addition to Licensee's obligations to pay other fees and charges which Owner may impose under the Agreement and these Rules and Regulations (including, without limitation, additional charges for time of Owner's staff, and payment for all outside contractors used to repair or restore the Premises) and are in addition to Licensee's obligations to indemnify Owner for all losses or damages Owner suffers arising from Licensee's use of the Center. Additionally, the right of Owner to impose such fines is cumulative with, and shall not restrict the exercise of, Owner's other rights and remedies under the agreement and the Rules and Regulations, including, without limitation, Owner's right to terminate the Event and retain all deposits and monies paid by Licensee in the Event of Licensee's violation of the Agreement or these Rules and Regulations. By executing these Rules and Regulations Licensee hereby confirms that Licensee has read, understands and agrees to abide by all of the above Rules and Regulations. Failure of Licensee to strictly abide by the provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall be grounds for Owner to cancel the Event and to retain all deposits and sums paid by Licensee.
