The lowest bid was submitted by B & T <br />Works, Inc., for $917,673.45 which is below the Engineer's estimate of $1,238,938. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Bristol Corridor from Warner to Memory Lane <br />was approved by the City Council in 1990. In accordance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA), a CEQA Addendum and Notice of Determination (State Clearinghouse No. <br />87071509) were filed on December 22, 2010. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of $1,422,300 for the project <br />(Exhibit 2).
