During excavation for the precast water vault an underground leach line was <br />discovered causing the excavation to flood. The water needed to be pumped out <br />the leach line uncovered and a concrete bulkhead installed in both ends of the <br />leech line. (PCO 6) Work was done on a time and material basis. <br />FINAL COST = $4,467 <br />2. During the widening of the street section new drive approaches were installed to the <br />adjacent shopping center. The existing shopping cart theft detection system sensors <br />were within the limits of the new drive approaches. The sensors need to be replaced <br />in the new drive approaches. (PCO #7) <br />AGREED COST = $1,925 <br />
