XVI. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE <br />Proposals are due in the office of the Executive Director of the Public Works <br />Agency at 20 Civic Center Plaza — Ross Annex (M-36), 3`d Floor, Santa Ana, CA <br />92701 Attn: Sour! Amirani on or before 5:00 p.m.,Tuesday, April 6, 2010. <br />XVII. ISSUING OFFICE <br />Santa Ana Public Works Agency, office of the Executive Director. <br />XVIII. ADDENDA <br />Any subsequent changes in the RFP from the date of issuance to date of <br />submittal will result in an addendum by the issuing office. Any written addenda <br />issued pertaining to this RFP shall be incorporated into the terms and conditions <br />of any resulting Agreement. Consultants shall acknowledge receipt of addenda <br />in their proposals. <br />XIX. CLARIFICATIONS <br />A. Examination of Documents <br />If the Consultant requires clarification to any part of this RFP, the Consultant <br />shall notify the City in writing as described below. If the City feels a <br />clarification is warranted, the City will issue a written addendum clarifying the <br />matter, which will be sent to all firms in receipt of this RFP. <br />B. Submitting Requests <br />1. All questions, including questions that could not be specifically <br />answered at the pre -proposal conference must be put in writing and <br />must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m., March 31, 2010. <br />2. Requests for clarifications, questions and comments must be clearly <br />labeled, "Written Questions" and reference the RFP in question. The <br />City is not responsible for failure to respond to a request that has not <br />been labeled as such. <br />3. Any of the following methods of delivering written questions are <br />acceptable as long as the questions are received no later than the date <br />and time specified above: <br />a.
