Task 5 - Quality Management Plan (QMP) <br />Consultant shall prepare a QMP that is consistent with the requirements presented in <br />FTA's Quality Assurance and Quality Control Guidelines (February 2002). <br />Task 5 Deliverables: <br />1. One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft <br />Office Excel 2007 format) and 12 hard copies of the draft QMP <br />2. One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft <br />Office Excel 2007 format) and 12 hard copies of the final QMP <br />Task 6 - Real Estate Acquisition Management Plan (RAMP) <br />Consultant shall prepare a RMP which fully complies with 49 CFR Part 24 and is based <br />upon FTA's "Model for Development of a Real Estate Management Plan". <br />Task 6 Deliverables: <br />1. One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft <br />Office Excel 2007 format) and 12 hard copies of the draft RAMP <br />2. One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft <br />Office Excel 2007 format) and 12 hard copies of the final RAMP <br />Task 7 - Investment Grade Ridership Forecasts <br />Consultant shall review the ridership forecasts developed during the Conceptual <br />Engineering phase and, if necessary, perform additional work to provide defensible <br />travel demand forecasts for the following years, taking into account typical "ramp up" <br />effects of new transportation modes: <br />A. Opening Day (2015) <br />B. Interim (2025) <br />C. Long-Term (2035) <br />The resulting forecasts shall based upon OCTAM, but shall include refinements <br />necessary to accurately forecast system ridership.
