The FEIR concluded that construction activity impacts will exceed the significance thresholds for <br />ROG (architectural coatings) and a Statement of Overriding Considerations was adopted. This portion of the <br />project will not exceed emissions and no significant impact will occur. <br />Area Emissions <br />The Area Emissions include emissions from the day -to -day operation and maintenance of the facilities, <br />consumer products usage, natural gas use and landscaping equipment use. URBEMIS default values were <br />used with no mitigation measures used in the model. Traffic data was obtained from the KOA Corporation <br />Traffic Impact Study dated December 2010.
