Any combination of the following design features may be used to fulfill this mitigation provided that the total increase in efficiency meets or exceeds 20 percent: ¦ Increase in insulation such that heat transfer and thermal bridging is minimized ¦ Limit air leakage through the structure or within the heating and cooling distribution system to minimize energy consumption ¦ Incorporate dual-paned or other energy efficient windows ¦ Incorporate energy efficient space heating and cooling equipment ¦ Incorporate energy efficient light fixtures Findings delivery vehicles. There are no trip reduction measures or advances in vehicle emission technology that could be implemented with effective and reliable results.
