Installation of <br /> the identified design features or equipment <br /> will be confirmed by the City Building Official <br /> prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy. <br /> MM4.2-25 The applicant shall provide <br /> education and publicity about reducing waste <br /> and available recycling services to future <br /> tenants. The education and publicity materials <br /> shall be provided to the City for review and <br /> approval by the Planning Department. <br /> MM4.2-26 All showerheads, lavatory faucets, <br /> and sink faucets within the residential units <br /> shall comply with the California Energy <br /> Conservation flow rate standards. <br /> MM4.2-27 Low-flush toilets shall be installed <br /> within all commercial and residential <br /> (including Congregate Care) units as <br /> specified in California State Health and Safety <br /> Code Section 17921.3. <br /> MM4.2-28 All commercial/industrial/common <br /> area irrigation areas shall be capable of being <br /> operated by a computerized irrigation system <br /> which includes an onsite weather station/ET <br /> gage capable of reading current weather data <br /> and making automatic adjustments to <br /> independent run times for each irrigation <br /> valve based on changes in temperature, solar <br /> radiation, relative humidity, rain, and wind. In <br /> addition, the computerized irrigation system <br /> shall be equipped with flow-sensing <br /> capabilities, thus automatically shutting down <br /> the irrigation system in the event of a mainline <br />Transit Zoning Code (SD 84) EIR Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding Considerations 2-13
