The education and publicity materials <br />shall be provided to the City for review and <br />approval by the Planning Department. <br />MM4.2-26 All showerheads, lavatory faucets, <br />and sink faucets within the residential units <br />shall comply with the California Energy <br />Conservation flow rate standards. <br />MM4.2-27 Low-flush toilets shall be installed <br />within all commercial and residential <br />(including Congregate Care) units as <br />specified in California State Health and Safety <br />Code Section 17921.3. <br />MM4.2-28 All commercial/industrial/common <br />area irrigation areas shall be capable of being <br />operated by a computerized irrigation system <br />which includes an onsite weather station/ET <br />gage capable of reading current weather data <br />and making automatic adjustments to <br />independent run times for each irrigation <br />valve based on changes in temperature, solar <br />radiation, relative humidity, rain, and wind. In <br />addition, the computerized irrigation system <br />shall be equipped with flow-sensing <br />capabilities, thus automatically shutting down <br />the irrigation system in the event of a mainline <br />Revised Station District Project and FOL Settlement Agreement Findings of Fact/Statement of Overriding Considerations 2-13 <br /> <br />
