Chapter 2 CEQA Findings <br />Table 2-1 CEQA Findings <br />Level of <br />Significance after <br />Impact Statement Evidence/Rationale Supporting Findings Mitigation Measures Findings Mitigation <br />MM4.13-7 Project plans and specifications <br />shall include education for construction <br />workers about reducing waste and using <br />available recycling services. <br />MM4.13-8 Prior to issuance of a building <br />permit, the applicant shall demonstrate that <br />the design of the proposed buildings or <br />structures meets or exceeds the most recent <br />Title 24 requirements (Title 24, Part 6 of the <br />California Code of Regulations; Energy <br />Efficiency Standards for Residential and Non <br />Residential Buildings; Cool Roof Coatings <br />performance standards), subject to review by <br />the City Building Official. Documentation of <br />compliance with this measure shall be <br />provided to the Planning and Building Agency <br />and Building Official for review and approval <br />prior to issuance of the permit. Installation of <br />the identified design features or equipment <br />will be confirmed by the City Building Official <br />prior to certificate of occupancy.
