Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to execute the attached contract with <br />Hugo Alanso, Inc. in the amount of $385,387.5x, subject to non-substantive changes approved <br />by the Executive Director and Agency General Counsel. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated cost of $423,925. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Community Redevelopment Agency ~Agency~ has acquired properties in the Santa Ana <br />Boulevard area for the purpose of redeveloping the entryway from the freeway into the downtown <br />by creating new housing in the Station District. The Agency is prepared to move forward with the <br />development of these properties, In order to accomplish the development, two Agency-owned <br />homes need to be relocated to other sites awned by the Agency, Once relocated, the homes will <br />be~ rehabilitated and converted to affordable rental units as part of the Station District Project <br />Phase ~. The current locations of the homes and their new locations are illustrated on Exhibit ~ <br />and listed below: <br />Current Location New Location <br />G~3 E. Sixth Street 5~ ~ E. Sixth Street <br />In order to accomplish the relocation of these homes, the Agency requires the assistance of a <br />qualified developerlcontractar. A Request for Proposals was prepared and made available on the <br />City's website on April 21, 20~ 1. Availability of the document was made known by means of a <br />Notice published in the Orange County Reporter an April 22 and 25, 291 ~. Notice of the <br />3-1 <br />
