It has been <br /> listed individually in the SARHP under Criterion 1 far its embodir~ier~t of the distinguishing <br /> characteristics of an architectural building period associated with a specific period of development. <br /> The Vvhitson-Pawelsan House has been categorized as "Key" because it "has a distinctive <br /> architectural style and quality" as an example of the Queen Anne ~l..ate Victorian? style. Because of <br /> the relative rarity of resources of this type and from this period, it may also be eligible for the <br /> SARHP under Criterion 3. At the time the residence was categorized, an NRHP status code of 551 <br /> designated, or appears eligible for designation, under a local ordinance; not eligible for the NRHP} <br /> <br /> and was not evacuated for CRHR eligibility.
