COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-1-2447 <br />1 F. To conduct all procurement related activities for the PROJECT pursuant to CITY'S <br />2 procurement policies and procedures and FTA requirements. <br />3 G. To submit to AUTHORITY for review and comment all final documents relative to the <br />4 procurement process including, but not limited to, the Request For Proposals (RFP) and resulting <br />5 agreement between the CITY and the selected entity, or entities, that shall pertain to the PROJECT. <br />6 CITY shall allow AUTHORITY representation on procurement selection panels. <br />7 H. To meet with AUTHORITY on a regular basis, not less than once a month, to review <br />s PROJECT status and discuss any PROJECT issues. <br />9 I. In preparation for the required FTA Risk Assessment, the CITY shall actively participate <br />10 in a one-day workshop with the AUTHORITY to conduct a Preliminary Project Risk Assessment. <br />11 J. To be responsible for submitting quarterly reports as specified in EXHIBIT E "FTA 5307 <br />12 QUARTERLY REPORT FORM", attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the PROJECT <br />13 due on April 15, August 15, October 15 and January 15 of each year. <br />14 K. To be responsible for abiding by all FTA 5307 Section guidelines, and any and all other <br />15 applicable federal, state, or local requirements or laws. The CITY shall comply with the sub-recipient <br />16 monitoring process (Exhibit J) performed by the AUTHORITY and/or the AUTHORITY's designee. <br />17 L. To maintain and provide to the AUTHORITY upon request: <br />is a. Signature to the annual FTA certifications and assurances. <br />19 b. An annual FTA Compliance Self-Certification; <br />20 b. Notification to beneficiaries of protection under Title VI; <br />21 c. Title VI complaint procedure; <br />22 d. Meaningful access to limited-English persons (LEP), low-income and minority <br />23 persons. <br />24 M. To comply with all FTA third party procurement and contracting laws and regulations <br />25 and include EXHIBIT B "REQUIRED FEDERAL CLAUSES", attached hereto and incorporated by <br />26 reference, in all third party contracts. <br />Page S of 13 <br />L:ICAMM\CLERICALIWORDPROC\AGRE E\AG12447.DOCX
