A-2010-190-01 <br />-26 <br />C?`':R 2 2011 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on December 30, 2010 <br />by and between Knowledge & Intelligence Program Professionals (KIPP), a California <br />corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State <br />of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />.y <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2010-190, dated November 5, 2010, <br />N hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has agreed to conduct a Terrorism <br />Liaison Officer (TLO) Training Program, collectively "TLO Training". <br />?.J <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the Scope of Services to provide additional TLO training. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by amending Exhibit A, as set forth <br />in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA D.
