Specifically, this would be a TLO <br />Intermediate Course on August 31-September 2, 2010. <br />A TLO Intermediate Course costs $12,900.00 each. The total price for the <br />aforementioned training and training support covered within this proposal is $12,900.00. <br />KIPP will coordinate with the OCIAC on the venue in order to provide audiovisual <br />equipment (projector and laptop) and student materials as mutually determined. OCIAC <br />will provide the participants or students in this training, and KIPP will coordinate with <br />them on this requirement. For reference, KIPP is a California Corporation in good <br />standing that is a Veteran Owned Small Business with its offices located in Long Beach, <br />in the County of Los Angeles, in a California Enterprise Zone. <br />Project 2: The Discovery Channel Incident - Response Complexities <br />KIPP will provide TLO Training to the OCIAC during the week of January 23, 2011. <br />Specifically, this would be four (4) Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) Awareness courses <br />that will address explosive device incidents and hostage situations. The class will be <br />titled: The Discovery Channel Incident - Response Complexities <br />The class will be taught by subject matter experts (SMEs) who actually responded to the <br />Discovery Channel Incident.
