Exhibit A-1 <br />The Willdan team will provide the following services in support of the <br />Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Training and Exercise Program during Year 1 of the <br />Program (September, 2010 - September, 2011): <br />A. Training & Exercise Planning Workshop (TEPW). The TEPW is a strategy <br />session that will solicit input from all stakeholders and draft/update the Five- <br />Year Training and Exercise schedule. The goal of the o n e d a y, 8-hour <br />workshop will be to coordinate training and exercises among U A S I partners, <br />thereby avoiding duplication and pooling resources, and will help lay the <br />groundwork for many of the activities that take place in Year 1 and beyond. Data <br />collected during the workshop will be used to update the ASAUA 5-Year Training <br />and Exercise Plan. The TEPW will include 50 participants drawn from all <br />stakeholders. Willdan will be responsible for logistical considerations during <br />the TEPW. , including exercise materials (badges, signage, and handouts) and <br />providing a facilitator and adequate support staff. <br />Cost: $7,836.00 <br />B. Cal State University Fullerton (CSUF) Active Shooter Drill. This drill will be used to <br />test CSU Fullerton and the surrounding Law Enforcement agencies ability to <br />respond to an active shooter incident on campus. This one day, 8 hour drill will <br />include 120 participants. Willdan will provide support for the CSUF Active Shooter <br />Drill through the following: <br />1. Coordinate and facilitate three planning meetings, and submit planning <br />meeting summaries to the exercise design team. <br />2. Develop a baseline scenario for use during the drill. <br />3. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of the exercise plan (EXPLAN) for the <br />drill. <br />4. Develop and reproduce 75 copies of the exercise Participant <br />Guides/Player Handouts. <br />5. Develop and reproduce 50 copies of the exercise Volunteer <br />Guides/Handouts. <br />6. Develop and reproduce 10 copies of an exercise Controller/Evaluator <br />(C/E) Manual, including evaluation criteria. <br />7. Provide assistance in the development, acquisition, and/or coordination <br />of all props, Moulage, etc. <br />8. Coordinate food for the exercise, as required. <br />ASAUA HSEEP Year 1 Page 1
