RESOLUTION 2011-444 <br />PROPOSED <br />REVENUE FY 10-11 FY 11-12 <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT/MISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE UNIT FEES FEES <br />SECTION IX PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />Projects prior to May 18, 2009, shall be subject to the fees indicated in Resolution 2009-018 <br />51602 295) Medical Gas Piping (Fire Department) $36.40 $36.80 <br />51602 296) Alteration to Drain or Vent Piping $36.40 $36.80 <br />51602 297) Appliance not listed $53.60 $54.20 <br />51602 298) Sewage Ejector $53.60 $54.20 <br />51602 299) Sump Pump $53.60 $54.20 <br />51602 300) Hot Water Storage Tank $24.95 $25.20 <br />51602 301) Heat Exchanger $47.12 $47.65 <br />51602 302) Cooling Tower $53.60 $54.19 <br />51602 303) Booster Pumps $29.04 $29.35 <br />51602 304) Fireline/Hydrant (Each 100 Feet) $36.40 $36.80 <br />51602 305) Temporary Gas (30 days) $217.80 $220.00 <br />PIPELINE PROJECT FEES PER RESOLUTION NO. 2009-018 <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Unless otherwise provided, payment of fees and charges as <br />established herein shall be made to the Executive Director <br />of the Planning and Building Agency or his/her authorized <br />representative at the time of initial application or request for <br />the permit or service for which a fee is charged or imposed. <br />No permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation <br />unless all fees therefore have been paid in full. <br />Exception: Waiver of Fee <br />No permit or plan check fees required by this resolution will <br />be charged for public improvement projects performed by <br />construction contractors and subcontractors pursuant to contract <br />with the City of Santa Ana or the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana nor for any work performed by <br />employees of the City in the course of their employment. <br />However, this fee waiver does not exempt any party from <br />obtaining a permit for such work nor exempt such party from <br />conforming to the procedures established by the City nor from <br />compliance with all applicable City and State ordinances <br />regulating such work. <br />48
