All loose <br />material and peeling paint shall be removed. <br />• All holes and cracks shall be filled and finished so that they blend <br />into the surrounding area. <br />• All stucco surfaces to be painted shall receive a complete and even <br />coverage of stucco paint. <br />• All wood surfaces to be painted shall receive a complete and even <br />coverage of flat exterior paint. <br />• Poor workmanship will not be tolerated. <br />New Paint Reputable manufacturer. <br />• Highest quality available. <br />2501-55
