GOhRD CIERKO?CUJICiI 1/??91 <br />OP"AfVCc WUNiV <br />aarE; <br />1991 AMENDMENT TO JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CREATING THE ORANGE COUNTY CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated for convenience as of November <br />1991, is between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation <br />duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br />California, hereinafter called the "City", and the COUNTY OF <br />ORANGE, a subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter <br />called the "County"; <br />WHEREAS, the City and County have heretofore entered into a <br />Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement dated January 11, 1966 for the <br />purpose of establishing a comprehensive civic center in the City <br />of Santa Ana; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement, the County has <br />previously conveyed certain real property, a portion of which is <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, to the Orange County <br />Civic Center Authority, and the Authority has in turn leased said <br />property to the County; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties agree that the real property described <br />in Exhibit A is not needed by the Civic Center Authority for the <br />purposes of said Agreement; <br />NOW, THEAEFOAE, the parties hereto agree as follows; <br />1, The Authority shall execute a grant deed to County <br />conveying its right, title and interest in the property described <br />ONR\191 1.
