<br />This Relocation Plan has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 197D, as amended, <br />(Uniform Act). In addition, because the project has utilized HOME funds administered by <br />the U. S.
