Timothy T. Wassil,PE <br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br />Mr. Wassil has more than 21 years of engineering and construction <br />project management experience of transportation, civil engineering, and <br />infrastructure projects. His diversified experience in both the public and <br />private sectors positions him to be a leader in the industry. He brings a wealth <br />of experience in Construction and Project Management. He has a proven track <br />record known to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. As the <br />Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Indian Wells, Mr. Wassil <br />was responsible for the $150 million Capital Improvement Program and a <br />$4 million per year operating budget. In addition, he successfully completed <br />$250 million in projects in three years. His responsibilities included building <br />three major bridges, and widening two major transportation corridors, <br />namely Highway 111 and Fred Waring Drive. <br />Project Experience <br />County of Imperial, Resident Engineering & Construction Inspection <br />for Turn Lane and Intersection Improvements on Worthington Road at <br />McConnell Road, Imperial, CA <br />As the Project Director, Mr. Wassil is responsible for contract administration, <br />quality control, staffing and coordination for the County of Imperial's <br />Worthington Road at McConnell Road construction. <br />City of Desert Hot Springs, City Engineer Services, Desert Hot Springs, CA <br />Mr. Wassil is currently serving as the City's Director ' of Public Works <br />responsible for the City's Engineering and Public Works Divisions on a part <br />time basis. Mr. Wassil is also responsible for representing the City in various <br />capacities regionally. <br />City of Indian Wells, Highway 111 Beautification Project, Indian Wells, CA <br />As the Project Manager, Mr. Wassil was responsible for the design and master <br />planning of this major $54 Million corridor within Caltrans jurisdiction. <br />Responsible for enacting the legislation to relinquish the highway from <br />Caltrans. Managed this major project through all aspects of planning, <br />environmental, design, construction scheduling, monitoring, and closing. <br />Also managed the design and construction of this regionally funded project. <br />The improvements include sound walls, roadway widening from four to six <br />lanes, signal modification and synchronization, and roadway rehabilitation. <br />? 21 Years of <br />Engineering & <br />Construction Project <br />Management <br />?
