ATTACHMENT NO. 3 <br />SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE <br />FUNCTION <br />I. Site Conveyance <br />A. Opening of Escrow <br />Agency shall open escrow for <br />conveyance of the Property <br />TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />At the Agency's option or within 5 days <br />after receipt of written request from <br />Developer, whichever is earlier. <br />B. Deposit of Deed in Escrow <br />Agency shall deposit deed to the <br />Property <br />C. Conveyance of Title <br />Not later than 5 days prior to date for <br />conveyance of the Property. <br />Agency shall convey title to <br />Developer and Developer shall accept <br />conveyance of the Property. <br />Il. Development <br />A. Interim Use <br />1. Developer shall submit <br />Interim Improvement Plans for the current <br />Parking Lot. <br />Within 90 days after date of Agency <br />execution of this Agreement. <br />Within 60 days of the conveyance of the <br />Property <br />2. Executive Director of <br />Agency shall approve or disapprove Con- <br />cept Plans for the entire Property. <br />3. If approved, Developer shall <br />commence construction of the Parking Lot <br />improvements. <br />Within thirty (30) days of submittal. <br />Within sixty (60) days of Executive Director <br />approval <br />4 <br />3-35 <br />
