B. Concept Plans for Long-Term Use <br />l . Developer shall submit <br />Concept Plans for the entire Property <br />2. Executive Director of <br />Agency shall approve or disapprove Con- <br />cept Plans for the entire Property. <br />3. Developer shall have file full and <br />complete application for the required rezone, <br />conditional use permit, subdivision map <br />approvals, and other entitlements. <br />Not later than submittal of application for <br />development of the long-term use to the City <br />of Santa Ana; or any "early look" review <br />process with the City, whichever comes <br />first. <br />Within thirty (30) days of submittal <br />Within ninety (90) days of Agency's <br />approval of Concept Plan. <br />C. Final Site Plan for Long-Term Use <br />l . Developer shall prepare and <br />submit to Agency the Site Plan and <br />Landscaping Plans for the improvements <br />At the same time such plans are submitted to <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br />2. Executive Director of <br />Agency shall approve or disapprove the Site <br />Plan Landscaping Plans for the improve- <br />ments constituting the long-term use.. <br />3. If disapproved, Developer <br />shall submit revised Plans. <br />4. Executive Director of <br />Agency shall approve or disapprove any <br />revised Plan <br />5 <br />Within sixty (60) days after Agency receipt. <br />Within 30 days after notice by Agency of <br />any disapproval. <br />Within 30 days after receipt of any revised <br />Plans. <br />3-36 <br />
