Section 104. The Property <br />The "Property" is that portion of the Project Area which is shown on "Attachment No. I", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is more fully described in "Legal <br />Description" of the Property, which is incorporated herein by this reference and attached hereto as <br />"Attachment No. 2". <br />Section 105. The A ency <br />The Agency is a public body, corporate and politic, exercising governmental functions and <br />powers, organized and existing under Chapter 2 of the Community Redevelopment Law of the State <br />of California (Health and Safety Code §33000 et sue.). <br />The principal office of the Agency is located at City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />California, 92701. <br />"Agency", as used in this Agreement, includes the Community Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Santa Ana, and any assignee of; or successor to, its rights, powers and responsibilities. <br />Section 106. The Developer <br />The Developer is The Charles Bowers Museum Corporation, a California non-profit public <br />benefit corporation. The address of Developer, for the purposes of this Agreement, is <br />2002 North Main Street, Santa Ana, California, 92706. <br />ARTICLE lI -DISPOSITION OF THE PROPERTY <br />Section 201. Sale and Purchase <br />In accordance with, and subject to, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this <br />Agreement, Agency agrees to sell the Property to Developer, and Developer agrees to purchase the <br />Property from Agency for the total sum of $ ] .00, hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Price". <br />The said Purchase Price shall be paid at the time of close of the escrow specified in Section <br />202 of this Agreement. <br />2 <br />3-8 <br />
