OPC reserves the right to adjust <br />our standard hourly rates annually (January 1) by approximately 3%. Prevailing Wages are <br />tied to direct labor rates as stipulated by Department of Industrial Relations and adjusted to <br />changes in OPC's Audited Overhead Rate which are published/effective July 1 following the <br />close of our previous fiscal/calendar year.
