Project Manager <br />• 22 Years Experience <br />• 3,000 Acquisition/Relocation Cases <br />• Relocation Expert <br />Ms. Marquis has provided project management, acquisition, relocation and property <br />management services, to the private and public sector. Ms. Marquis has success- <br />fully managed the acquisition and relocation of over 3,000 cases. Over the span <br />of her career, Ms. Marquis has gained vast knowledge of the state and federal <br />rules and regulations which has allowed her to successfully assist in the acquisi- <br />tion and relocation of property owners, residential and commercial tenants. She <br />has personally relocated over 500 residential and commercial occupants, including <br />single-family residential, multi -family residential, mobile home parks, and retail businesses. <br />Ms. Marquis has worked with Redevelopment Agencies, Non Profit Organizations, Public <br />Works Departments, School Districts and Airports in providing overall project management <br />services. She has prepared cost estimates, budgetary reports, relocation plans, replacement <br />housing plans, mobile home impact reports. Ms. Marquis has also written relocation policies <br />and procedures for public agencies. As a Project Manager, she works hand in hand with our <br />client's staff to ensure project goals are met. Working closely with the CPSI staff ensures the <br />successful completion of the projects. Ms. Marquis has facilitated workshops to both project <br />constituents and client staff to provide a better understanding of the rules and regulations <br />associated with the relocation program. <br />Counseling Certification, CDAC I and II <br />California Real Estate Salesperson License, No. 01769922 <br />Member, International Right of Way Association <br />Member, American Public Works Association <br />Supplementary real estate, appraisal, and relocation courses from the International Right <br />of Way Association and the California Department of Transportation <br />City of Santa Ana, Phase I - Bristol St. Widening: Pine to McFadden <br />Responsibilities began by project schedule, and preparation of multiple relocation plans and <br />project presentations to community outreach groups for which Ms. Marquis assisted the Proj- <br />ect Manager. Primary responsibilities included management of residential and business relo- <br />cations, as well as completing more complex case. Ms. Marquis was responsible for the over- <br />sight of other relocation consultants as well. This project included 10 residential full takes, <br />12 residential relocations, a dozen commercial full takes, and 21 business relocations. <br />City of Santa Ana, Phase I - Bristol St. Widening: Third to Civic <br />Through the RFP process, CPSI was awarded the contract for right of way oversight, acquisi- <br />tion, relocation and property management services facilitated by CPSI. In accordance with <br />government guidelines as well as the City of Santa Ana's own policies and directives, Ms. <br />Marquis and CPSI completed the comprehensive Relocation Plan to successfully relocate all <br />displaced occupants. During the initial project planning stages, CPSI's staff made presen- <br />tations in English and Spanish to answer project questions at 33 neighborhood outreach <br />meetings. <br />16 <br />
