The City relies heavily on tourism — <br />a small population of 25,000 swells to over 100,000 during <br />the peak vacation season. Efforts <br />also included extensive coordination with area business <br />owners and tenants to identity and define the parking <br />problems and issues and development of creative solutions <br />to resolve the problems.
