51h and Main Parking Structure <br />Architectural scope of work: <br />AECOM will perform a 3-hour Field Investigation to review the accuracy of the architectural as -built <br />documentation for the areas of improvement described below. <br />AECOM will prepare a design solution and construction documents for the addition of a new security <br />fence at the perimeter of Level 2. <br />Review or improve the accessibility compliance of the parking structure is not in the scope of work per <br />Owner directive. <br />AECOM will review shop drawings, and prepare RFI responses for the scope described above during the <br />construction phase. We will complete two (2) one day site visits for construction observation during the <br />construction phase. <br />The proposed stipulated sum for the scope described is $20,500 <br />Field Investigation $380 <br />Design and Construction Documentation $16.055 <br />Construction Phase Services $4,065 <br />51" and Spurgeon Parking Structure <br />Architectural scope of work: <br />AECOM will perform a 3-hour Field investigation to review the accuracy of the architectural as -built <br />documentation for the areas of improvement described below. <br />AECOM will prepare a design solution and construction documents for the addition of a new overhead <br />roll -up door at each existing vehicle entrance — a total of two (2) overhead roll -up doors <br />Review or improve the accessibility compliance of the parking structure is not in the scope of work per <br />Owner directive. <br />AECOM will review shop drawings, and prepare RFI responses for the scope described above during the <br />construction phase.
