Brian Sheldon <br />Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center <br />Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center (OCIAC), Santa Ana Police Department and Anaheim <br />Police Department are working on a project for a public web presence and a new case management <br />system referred to as the "project". The web presence will be integrated by MindTouch using their <br />proprietary software platform. The case management system will be provided by SRA International. <br />Think Ops Consulting is proposing to assist in upgrading an existing VMWare virtual infrastructure, which <br />resides at the City of Santa Ana Police Department, to support this project. <br />1. Review the hardware requirements provided by the project vendors <br />2. Analyze the existing infrastructure to determine additional capacity needed to support this <br />project <br />3. Specify hardware needed to upgrade the existing infrastructure for this project <br />4. Install and configure the new hardware, provided by the OCIAC, related to this project which <br />might include: <br />a. Memory upgrades to existing host servers - Maximum of six servers <br />b. New host servers - Maximum of two servers <br />c. VMWare hypervisor which includes integration with existing management platforms - <br />Maximum of two <br />d. Expansion of existing storage arrays if needed - Maximum of two <br />5. Turn up of guest operating systems which will run this project <br />1.
