Oualifications <br />Marina Landscape has worked with many public municipalities In past years. We <br />are equipped and prepared to handle any sized job. Our maintenance division is <br />complemented with specialized divisions In tree care, exterior pest control, landscape <br />design for added landscape enhancements and Irrigation water management, which <br />gives us the ability to service properties In every aspect of landscaping. <br />Employee Training Programs are mandatory for all Marina employees in areas of <br />customer service, landscape cultural practices, and workplace safety. Our educational <br />and technical approach to understanding your landscape's agronomic and horticultural <br />needs, allows Marina Landscape the opportunity to provide an efficient maintenance <br />program for any site. <br />Our maintenance team has won numerous awards for their efforts. As <br />acknowledged by the California Landscape Contractors Association, Orange County <br />Chapter, we have won the Best Landscape Maintenance Award for the Anaheim <br />Convention Center, Anaheim Westside Resort District, Yorba Regional Park, the North <br />Justice Center, and other maintenance projects. Currently, In just the City of Anaheim, <br />we have 35 full-time workers, and over $1.2 million in annual revenue. We recently <br />won the C.L.C.A. 2010 First Place Prize for Sports Parks Maintenance, for the sports <br />parks we maintain in the City of Lake Forest. <br />
