Task 8 - FTA Summit Analysis <br />Using the FTA Summit software, Consultant shall determine Transportation System User Benefits for <br />reduced the set of "Build" and "No Build" alternatives selected for the Santa Ana-Garden Grove fixed <br />guideway project. This information shall be presented in a report that includes: <br />A. Thematic Maps for each of the Build Alternatives versus the Baseline Alternative <br />B. Production & Attraction Maps for Each Trip Purpose & Period <br />C. Daily Totals <br />Additional inputs and outputs from Summit, such as trip length frequency reports and row and column <br />sum outputs, shall also be provided. <br />Task 8 Deliverables: <br />One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft Office Excel 2007 <br />format) and 12 hard copies of the draft Thematic Maps for Each of the Build Alternatives <br />versus Baseline, Production & Attraction Maps for Each Trip Purpose & Period, and Daily <br />Totals <br />2. One electronic version (on CD in Microsoft Office Word 2007 or Microsoft Office Excel 2007 <br />format) and 12 hard copies of the final Thematic Maps for Each of the Build Alternatives <br />versus Baseline, Production & Attraction Maps for Each Trip Purpose & Period, and Daily <br />Totals <br />V. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />All work shall be performed in conformance with the latest City of Santa Ana, OCTA, FTA, and other <br />involved agencies' policies, procedures and standards. <br />The Consultant shall carry out the instructions received from the City and shall cooperate with the City <br />and other involved agencies. <br />The Consultant shall have total responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all documents and <br />plans prepared and shall check all such materials accordingly. The documents and plans will be <br />reviewed by the City for conformity with the requirements of the Agreement. <br />The documents and plans furnished under the Agreement shall be of a quality acceptable to the City of <br />Santa Ana. The criteria for acceptance shall be a product of neat appearance, well organized, technically <br />and grammatically correct, checked, and dated and having the maker and checker identified. The <br />minimum standard of appearance, organization and content of the documents shall be that of similar <br />types produced by the City and set forth in related City of Santa Ana and other involved agencies' <br />manuals. The Consultant shall modify its work as necessary to meet the level of acceptability defined by <br />the criteria above. <br />The Consultant shall have a QA/QC plan in effect during the entire time work is being performed under <br />the Agreement. The QA/QC plan shall establish a process which includes checking procedures for report <br />preparation, a discipline and interdiscipline check of the environmental reports and conceptual <br />engineering plans, correcting and back checking procedures, and all job related correspondence and <br />memoranda dated and received by affected persons and then bound in appropriate job files. The City of <br />Santa Ana reserves the right to request proof of said documentation. <br />The Consultant's work will be subject to inspections by representatives of the City of Santa Ana and other <br />involved agencies. <br />8 <br />25D-22
