David provides comprehensive follow-up services to recent graduates and active alumni. He <br />received his BA in Psychology from California State University Long Beach. Before joining <br />Taller San Jose, David spent 4 years as a house manager for a juvenile boy's group home and is <br />currently a Mentor for OC Wraparound services. <br />Job Coordinator, Meghan Medlin, .20 <br />Meghan develops relationships with employers in the Orange County construction, business <br />services, and healthcare industries and provides on-going coaching to students in order to help <br />them transition into employment successfully. She holds a BS in Chemistry from the University <br />of Redlands. Prior to Taller San Jose, Meghan worked for AppleOne Employment Services and <br />currently mentors children of prisoners through the On -Track Mentoring Program. <br />Job Coach, Samantha Matillo, .20 <br />Samantha holds an AA in Human Development from Santa Ana College. From 2006 until 2009, <br />Samantha worked as a Senior Account Executive at AppleOne Employment Services. <br />OCA Program Instructor, Jackie Strobel, .25 (in-kind) <br />Jackie trains and prepares interns for MOS Word and Excel certification as well as PowerPoint <br />and Outlook proficiency. She is responsible for developing and implementing the program's <br />curriculum. Jackie received her BS from Cal State University, San Bernardino in Business <br />Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. <br />Program Manager, Michele Preston, .30 <br />Michele received her B.A. from California State University, Fullerton in Political Science. <br />Michele establishes and monitors outcomes for recruitment, retention and program completion <br />for the Office Careers Academy. <br />MCA Program Manager, Martha Guzman, .20 (in-kind) <br />Martha oversees program development for the clinical and administrative medical assisting <br />programs. From 2004-2007, she worked as a Medical Assistant Instructor at Corinthian College. <br />In 2007 Martha became a licensed phlebotomist and worked as a Certified Phlebotomy <br />Technician I at Los Alamitos Medical Center. <br />MCA Instructor, Ulises Urbina, .25 (in-kind) <br />Ulises received a certificate from Bryman College and most recently taught Medical Assisting <br />students at CIT College. From 2000 — 2009, he was a Hospital Corpsman for the U.S. Navy. <br />Ulises teaches both the administrative and the clinical medical assisting students. <br />Case Manager, Susan Ortiz, .20 (in-kind) <br />Susan provides mentoring and case management to students enrolled in the Medical Careers <br />Academy. Susan receieved her BA in Sociology from Whittier College and is currently enrolled <br />in the Master of Social Work program at California State University, Long Beach. <br />Construction Program Manager, Raul Guzman, .20 <br />With more than 15 years of experience as a Licensed General Contractor, Raul earned an AA in <br />Construction Technology from El Camino College, is a licensed general contractor and holds a <br />preliminary full-time subject teaching credential in building trades from the state of CA. <br />13 <br />Exhibit A <br />
