Describe when participants will receive supportive services. The Orange County Conservation Corps <br />will provide the WIA Corpsmembers with supportive services as needed and in accordance with the <br />participants' ISS (Individual Service Strategy). <br />6. Describe how training and employment services lead to occupations in high growth/high demand <br />industries. Employment services that are provided through the Corps-2-Career class lead to occupations <br />inhigh growth/high demand industries. WIA Corpsmembers in the Corps-2-Career class use the <br />0*NET Interest Profiler'"' compatible with Holland's R-1-A-S-E-C Interest Structure (Holland, 1985) to <br />assess their career occupational interest. Based on the obtained results, the WIA Corpsmembers <br />research the jobs on 0*NET to obtain expected job growth, wages and educational requirements. <br />Subsequently, depending on the training that is needed, Corpsmembers are referred to ROP, <br />Community Colleges, Apprenticeship Programs and Technical Schools. Additionally, presenters are <br />scheduled from a variety of high-demand industries including green jobs, medical careers, etc. <br />7 <br />Exhibit A
