Quotes listed below include all labor, materials and fluids unless otherwise noted: <br />Service <br />Oil/Filter Change <br />Define Pricing Parameters (i.e. quarts, vehicle, etc.) <br />(Indicate the appropriate parameters for pricing of oil/filter change) <br />Oil filter & up to 5 quarts of oil <br />Any additional oil over 5 quarts <br />Smog Check (If applicable) <br />Tire Repair (patches) <br />Tire Plug option <br />Wheel Alignment <br />Front - <br />Rear - <br />Wheel Mount/Balance/Rotate <br />PRICING AND PAYMENT <br />Flat Rate Price Ouote <br />$ 42.50 <br />Oil/Filter Change <br />included in $42.50 flat rate <br />$ 1.71 per quart <br />$ 30.00 <br />$ 15.00 per tire <br />$ 8.00 per tire <br />outsourced/invoice price <br />outsourced/invoice price <br />$ 15.00 per tire includes valve <br />stem, and weighs if applicable <br />LABOR REQUIREMENTS: Labor hours shall be charged on the basis of actual time spent on each <br />job, not on a portal-to-portal basis, and shall be computed to the nearest one-tenth (1/10) hour. No <br />minimum rate charge shall be assessed, and no overtime charges will be allowed or invoiced for this <br />Contract. The hourly and/or per call rate(s) quoted in Attachment C, Contractor Rates/Compensation, <br />shall represent a single, all-inclusive, fixed price for any service provided, including direct and indirect <br />labor charges, truck, all necessary equipment, tools, overhead, travel, other expenses, and all profit <br />applicable to services identified by Contractor. <br />The OC Waste & Recycling Division maintaining control of assigned equipment shall notify the OC <br />Waste & Recycling/Purchasing Manager, in writing, of any unsatisfactory service. <br />A written estimate shall be provided for each service required and shall include full compensation for <br />providing all labor, material, equipment and incidentals required for the light duty vehicle maintenance <br />and repair services as provided in these specifications and no additional compensation will be allowed <br />therefore.
