S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations require that the <br />CAPER be available for a 15-day public review period prior to being submitted to them. On July <br />29, 2011, a public notice was published in the Orange County Register, La Opinion, and Nguoi <br />Viet News that indicated the draft report was available for review from August 1 to August 15, <br />2011. The draft CAPER was also available for public review on the City's website. All comments <br />received will be included in the final document submitted to HUD, which is due no later than <br />September 30, 2011. <br />19C-2
