The One-Stop Career Center operators and <br />partners shall cooperate in the investigation of the following matters: discrimination <br />under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act [Part 2.8 (commencing with <br />Section 12900) of Division 3, of Title 2 of the Government Code], threats and/or <br />violence concerning State employees, and State employee misconduct. <br />Page 16 of 18 <br />19C-19
