The proposed <br />project site was fully impacted and developed prior to Bender Ready-Mix assuming operations at the <br />site in 2006. No habitat capable of supporting candidate, sensitive, or special status species occurs on- <br />site. Thus, no impacts in this regard would occur. <br />Miti_oation Measures: No mitigation is required. <br />b) Have a substantial adverse effect on any riparian habitat or other sensitive natural community <br />identified in local or regional plans, policies, regulations or by the California Department of Fish <br />and Game or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service? <br />No Impact As stated above within Response 4.4(a), the proposed project site is completely developed <br />and no sensitive biological resources or habitats (including riparian habitat) exists.
