Based on energy usage factors for water conveyance from the <br />California Energy Commission, water transport from the State Water Project consumes approximately <br />1,666 kilowatt hours [kWh] per acre-foot.? Therefore, the proposed project's operational GHG <br />emissions would not exceed the 1,000 MTC02eq/yr GHG significance threshold.
