Knorr Systems, Inc. <br />scored 339, and California Waters scored 325 points. The evaluation committee rated Service 1st <br />the highest as a result of their capability and past experience and the competitive cost of their <br />proposal. The agreement will have a two-year term and will include a provision that allows the City <br />to extend the agreement for two additional two-year terms.
