Contract for Housing Assistance <br />Payments CA16-8023-054 <br />March 1, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br />The Authority declares this to be an emergency matter under Health and <br />Safety Code Section 334292 in order for the Housing Authority to take <br />action prior to the interruption of assistance to the residents of the <br />Santa Ana Towers. <br />The Santa Ana Towers remains a valuable source of affordable housing for <br />Santa Ana seniors and disabled persons.
