13. Provide up to 1 O exercise controllers fora 21-day period. The controllers <br />will assist with exercise administration and control, and will lead the hot <br />wash debrief session(s) at the conclusion of the exercise. <br />14. Provide 1 0 vests to identify exercise controllers, 10 vests to identify <br />exercise evaluators, and up to 150 badges to identify exercise <br />participants, evaluators, controllers, and observers. <br />15. Assist with controller and evaluator training by providing a <br />Controller/Evaluator Briefing describing the roles and responsibilities of <br />exercise evaluation. <br />16. Debrief and record notes from the exercise controllers and evaluators <br />prior to exercise completion. <br />17. Prepare and submit a draft AAR within 45 days of exercise completion. <br />Final AAR will be delivered no later than 60 days after exercise <br />completion. <br />18. Prepare 10 hard copies and 2 CD-ROM copies of the report and submit <br />to ASAUA. <br />19. Prepare all documents in accordance with HSEEP & TPEP standards. <br />Cost: $132,936.00 <br />G. Tustin Development of EOC/ICP/ICS Field Ops Guide Workshop. <br />Willdan will conduct a series of workshop meetings with key stakeholders to begin <br />development of the EOC/ICP/ICS Field Ops Guide. The EOP/ICP/ICS field <br />operations guide will summarize in checklist format the responsibilities of setting up <br />and running the EOC/ICP and use of the ICS and Tustin's EOP concepts. <br />Cost: $12,061.00 <br />H. Section Specific Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Training Course. <br />This two and ahalf-day, 20 hour course is designed to prepare students to function <br />within their respective local government EOC sections, and builds upon the <br />knowledge gained during the Basic EOC training courses. The course will provide <br />participants with section/position specific EOC training that will highlight the <br />individual positional and sectional roles and responsibilities within an activated EOC <br />and will teach participants how to work as an EOC team. The Operations and <br />Planning Sections are paired for instruction on day 1. The Logistics and Finance <br />Sections receive instruction on day 2. Day 3 finds the Management Section and <br />Section Chiefs together for instruction. Highlighted topics of instruction include: <br />1. Review of SEMS/NIMS/ICS <br />2.
