<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 basis for costs incurred by any such Purchase Order(s) shall be the actual <br /> <br /> 2 cost of providing services or the usual and customary charges established by <br /> 3 the organization(s) providing the services. <br /> <br /> 4 7.2.2 Subcontracts in excess of $25,000: <br /> 5 CONTRACTOR shall develop and submit for approval to <br /> i <br /> 6 ADMINISTRATOR a system for the procurement of subcontracts with any <br /> i <br /> 7 organization in which the total cumulative cost of services provided by any <br /> 8 single organization is anticipated to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars <br /> <br /> 9 ($25,000) during the term of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR's proposed <br /> 10 procurement system shall take into consideration such factors as: degree of <br /> <br /> 11 price competition; pricing policies and techniques; experience and quality of <br /> 12 service; methods of evaluating subcontractor responsibility; relationship of <br /> <br /> 13 subcontractor to CONTRACTOR; and planning, award, and post-award management of <br /> 14 subcontracts, including internal audit procedures and monitoring of <br /> <br /> 15 subcontractor's performance until completion of services. <br /> 16 Upon ADMINISTRATOR's approval of CONTRACTOR's proposed <br /> <br /> 17 procurement system, CONTRACTOR shall comply with such procurement system in <br /> 18 obtaining subcontracts with a total cost in excess of twenty-five thousand <br /> <br /> 19 dollars ($25,000) during the term of this Agreement. In addition, CONTRACTOR i <br /> 20 shall obtain ADMINISTRATOR's written consent prior to entering into a <br /> <br /> 21 subcontract with any organization when the total cumulative cost of services <br /> 22 to be provided by that organization is anticipated to exceed twenty-five <br /> <br /> 23 thousand dollars ($25,000) during the term of this Agreement. <br /> 24 CONTRACTOR and its subcontractor (s) shall establish and <br /> <br /> 25 maintain accurate and complete financial records related to services provided <br /> 26 under the terms of this Agreement. Such records may be subject to the <br /> <br /> 27 satisfaction of ADMINISTRATOR, and to the examination and audit by <br /> 28 ADMINISTRATOR or designee, for a period of five (5) years, or until any <br /> <br /> <br /> (WAM0811) 10 of 40 (December 22, 2011) <br /> i <br /> 20B-12 <br />
